Easy Legal Certificates® operates as a third party, submitting applications on behalf of You. To this end, Easy Legal Certificates® cannot guarantee performance on behalf of the documents´ origin government nor destination governments and can only speak on behalf of the actions undertaken by Easy Legal Certificates® in submitting certificates applications and delivering the certificates.

6. By using Easy Legal Certificates®, You are appointing the Easy Legal Certificates® Team as Your representatives and authorizing any relevant government to share information about Your application with the Easy Legal Certificates® Team.

7. A reasonable effort has been made to ensure that the material contained on Easy Legal Certificates® website and platform is accurate at the time of publication. However, Easy Legal Certificates® will not under any circumstances be liable in any way for any loss or damages (direct, indirect, special, economic, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary, including without limitation loss of revenue, data, anticipated profits or lost business) in respect of use of, or inability to use, or any reliance on, Easy Legal Certificates®, any of its content or links (including without limitation any inaccuracies or viruses), or any web browser or other equipment. 10. In the absence of a clear, prominent, and comprehensible indication to the contrary, all amounts cited in or by Easy Legal Certificates®; (a) refer to Israeli Shekels (ILS), and (b) are subject to the application of any and all applicable taxes.

11. By accessing Easy Legal Certificates®, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Legal Certificates® and its agents, suppliers and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against any and all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with a breach by You of these terms and conditions or the use of this application.

12. By accessing Easy Legal Certificates®, You; (a) expressly waive any right to commence or to participate in any class action against or involving Easy Legal Certificates®; and (b) expressly agree to opt out of any class action that may be commenced by another person.

No consent or waiver will be effective unless in writing and either signed by, or sourcing from, the party to be bound.

20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Israel applicable therein, excluding any conflicts of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. By accessing Easy Legal Certificates®, you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the courts located Israel for any disputes or matters arising from, connected with, or relating to Easy Legal Certificates®, this agreement or any related matters.

These estimates are not guarantees and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays from third-party entities, government agencies, or other external factors beyond Easy Legal Certificates®' control.

22. No Liability for Delays: Easy Legal Certificates® shall not be held responsible for any delays in document delivery that are caused by factors outside its control. This includes, but is not limited to, delays from third-party entities, government agencies, or other external factors. Customers acknowledge that any estimated delivery timelines provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

23. Communication of Delays: Easy Legal Certificates® will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known delays to customers as soon as possible. However, Easy Legal Certificates® is not liable for any consequences arising from such delays, including but not limited to financial loss, inconvenience, or any other damages.

24. Force Majeure: Easy Legal Certificates® shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, or governmental actions.

25. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Israel.

26. Termination: Easy Legal Certificates® reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to other users of Easy Legal Certificates®.

27. Amendments: Easy Legal Certificates® reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Easy Legal Certificates® website.
